Brand USA to organise India travel trade mission from Sept 10?14, 2012

In order to promote travel from India to the United States, Brand USA will organise its maiden sales mission to India from September 10-14, 2012. A delegation of 50 participants representing 35 US companies which include destinations, attractions, hotels and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) are scheduled to visit Mumbai and New Delhi. Sheema Vora, President, Sartha Marketing Consultants, the organisers of the India travel trade mission said, ?We want to facilitate meetings for the participants with tour operators, airline representatives, travel agents and media from India. The mission will include B2B sessions and a VIP reception for the trade in Mumbai and Delhi as well as a lunch with the media in Delhi. The annual mission is in its sixth year and in the past this was organised by the US Travel Association.?

Jay Gray, Vice President, Global Partnership Development, will lead representatives from companies and organisations, including Akquasun Incredible Vacations, LLC; Best Western International; Blue & Gold Fleet; Caesars Entertainment; Choice Hotels International, Inc; Cirque du Soleil; Las Vegas Convention And Visitors Authority; Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau; Universal Studios Hollywood; Vision Holidays; Visit California; Visit Florida, Visit Orlando.
