Open Registration for Boys and Girls age
(5-15) who wish to participate in Weight/Age restricted Football and
Cheerleading program. Participate in the Fastest Growing Youth Football/Cheer
Program in the U.S " The American Youth Football League".

Sign-ups Tuesday, February 20th 6:00-8:00pm at
the Forked River Elementary School.

• $200 per Child Tackle Football and Cheer plus $60 for 3 tickets for Fundraiser which you sell and keep the proceeds.

• $250 per Family Max? plus $40 each for 2 tickets per each child for Fundraiser which you sell and keep the proceeds.

• $75? Flag Football? per child plus $60 for 3 tickets for Fundraiser which you sell and keep ?the proceeds.? Additional child $25 each plus $40 for 2 tickets? for each child for Fundraiser which you sell and keep the proceeds.?
• ?No Parent Participation Deposit will be required

New Players should bring a copy of birth
certificate and a small recent photo.
